Qualcomm, USI to Form JV for Semiconductor Module Factory in Brazil

In São Paulo, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, and Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
